GetRight.ActiveWear is currently only sold exclusively online at www.getright.ca 

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed according to item availability and upon payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed. Incase of that, our team will reach out to you.

Orders that are placed during our business hours Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders that are place outside business hours, Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday and shipped to you within 1-2 business days. 

ORDER TRACKING

Once you have placed your order and your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail that contains the shipment tracking information. In the event that your order is large and has to be shipped in several shipments, you will receive a separate e-mail notification for each different shipment

UPDATING ORDERS

Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as the system will immediately start processing the order. In the event that you would like to add a new item to your order, we ask that you please place a new order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

At GetRight we ensure your security, we take added steps to verify the details of your order. If by any chance you receive a cancellation notification, please contact Customer Service  at Info@getright.ca for more information. If your order is cancelled before shipment has occurred, all charges will be automatically refunded.

REFUND/EXCHANGES

At GetRight.ActiveWear, the safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. Due to the corona virus, we will not be doing refunds or exchanges until further notice. 

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. So please ensure all fields are entered correctly before proceeding to checkout. We will only ship to the address entered when the order was originally placed.
