What happens once I place an order?
As soon as you have placed your order you will receive an email or text message (depending on which option you opted for) confirming the order along with an order number.
Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?
If your order is cancelled before shipment has occurred, all charges will be automatically refunded.
How will I know when my order is on it's way?
You will receive an email confirming when your item has been despatched. All international orders and Canadian orders will receive tracking information.
Can I change my shipping address after order has been placed?
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. So please ensure all fields are entered correctly before proceeding to checkout. We will only ship to the address entered when the order was originally placed.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
At GetRight ActiveWear, the safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. Due to COVID-19, we will not be doing refunds or exchanges until further notice.
What is PRE-ORDER?
Some items on our website will be on "pre-order" due to very high demand. Pre-order simply means that we do not have that particular item in stock right now & are giving our customers a chance to pre-order it so that they don't miss out when it comes back into stock. Pre-Ordered items vary on timescale but we usually have your pre-ordered item despatched and on it's way to you within 14-45 days. You will receive an order confirmation email straight after you place the order and then another once we have despatched your item.
